At Granny’s Jewel, we begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. This includes verifying your order details, sourcing your items from our trusted suppliers, and preparing them for shipment. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing before your order is dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Timeline:
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please reach out to us at sales.grannysjewel@outlook.com, and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
We currently ship our products from warehouses across Asia, allowing us to maintain both exceptional quality and competitive pricing. This ensures every piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability without compromise.

Note: Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is in their care. While we have no direct control over transit delays, we will happily reach out to the courier on your behalf and do everything we can to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has not yet shipped, please email us as soon as possible at sales.grannysjewel@outlook.com with your updated address and order number, and we’ll make the change for you.
Important: We can only ship to the address provided at the time of ordering. If an incorrect address is entered and the order is delivered to that location, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve or replace it. Please double check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, Granny’s Jewel ships exclusively within the USA.
