Return Options
Full Refund:
You may return your item for a full refund. Please note that returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia, and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Keep the Item & Receive a 10% Refund:
To avoid return shipping costs, you may choose to keep the item and receive a 10% refund of your total order value.
Manufacturing Faults
If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or one with a manufacturing fault, you're eligible for a replacement, store credit, or full refund — no need to return the product.
Please note: All products are thoroughly inspected by the Granny’s Jewel warehouse team before dispatch to ensure quality.
Shipping & Delivery Delays

We do not provide refunds or store credit for original shipping fees.

Refunds or compensation are not available for deliveries received outside the estimated shipping window of 5–15 business days.

While delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to assist you with any delivery-related concerns.
Exchanges
We aim to make exchanges as smooth and affordable as possible.
Keep the Original & Pay for New Shipping:
To simplify the exchange process, you can keep the original item and simply pay a shipping fee for the replacement. This avoids the hassle and cost of returning items internationally.
Order Cancellations

Cancellation Requests:
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation.
Orders Already Shipped:
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. We are unable to intercept or reroute parcels once they are in transit.
